The ROIDEA concept has been bubbling beneath the surface for quite a while. We saw a pressing need in the market for a system to facilitate collaboration and better community within a group, while at the same time providing the capability and toolset for leaders to help guide their teams and tribes. We visualized innovation being cultivated from within the organisation, while at the same time facilitating a bottom-up and top-down approach to new ideas.
The ROIDEA concept surfaced in May 2020 when we began designing interconnected modules and capabilities such as the Innovation Hub, Measure, Learn and Develop modules. This system presented as a basic shell which could be populated, grown and expanded to suit any organisation.
